1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AximCode APIs service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AximCode APIs provides mock REST APIs for software development, testing, prototyping, and demonstration purposes. The Service includes:

• Pre-built mock API endpoints across multiple domains (Core, Bookstore, Fintech, Healthcare)
• API documentation and OpenAPI specifications
• Rate-limited free tier access
• Paid subscription plans with higher limits and additional features

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for production workloads requiring real data persistence
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Exceed rate limits through circumvention techniques

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

The Service enforces rate limits based on your subscription tier:

• Free Tier: 100 requests per hour, no signup required
• Developer: 10,000 requests per month
• Team: 50,000 requests per month
• Business: 100,000 requests per month
• Enterprise: Custom limits per agreement

Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary request blocking or account suspension.

6. Data and Privacy

The Service provides mock data for testing purposes. You should NOT submit real personal data, financial information, or sensitive data to our APIs. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

7. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your selected plan
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may:

• Perform maintenance with or without notice
• Modify or discontinue features
• Suspend accounts that violate these Terms

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its APIs, documentation, and branding, is owned by AximCode. You retain ownership of any code you develop using the Service. You may not use our trademarks without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXIMCODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AximCode from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or service announcement.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and any stored data may be deleted.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
